Are there any benefits to having an account with you?

Why do I have to upload identification?

Although we must wait until July 2018 to see official regulations regarding legalization – it appears dispensaries will not be able to sell to minors. We require all members to be over 19 years of age and provide valid identification.

How do I upload my identification?

Option 1:

Uploading your identification is very simple.

  • Login to your account.
  • Go to our upload identification page.
  • Click on “Select File”
  • Select your file
  • Your file will automatically begin uploading

Upon completion you will be directed to our thank you page.

Option 2:

If we are online, chat with us – you will be able to attach your identifcation to the conversation with a budtender and be verified instantly.

*Identification will only be used for age verification. Upon receiving and verifying all traces will be promptly removed.

We are a customer service company and a loyal group of friends, who happen to be registered producers. We believe that if our customers have a great online shopping experience, growth in sales with come naturally. Our top priority is customer satisfaction. We strive to provide the best customer experience and offer a wide variety of quality products

We are ambitious and excited to be apart of the first country to legalize marijuana federally – we want to share the excitement with you!

Quality

As of now all of our flowers come from medically licensed Health Canada producers or designated growers.

As we grow to accommodate new products, brands, and suppliers, we guarantee quality across the board. If each member of Wellevate wouldn’t smoke, bathe in or eat a product – it will not be available for purchase.

If an event occurs where you are unhappy with the quality of a product, please contact us immediately

What kind of selection do you have?

With over 20 strains, we offer a wide variety of flowers.

We are motivated to add new products every week to fill the expanding needs of our customers and look forward to what we can cook up.

If you are able to add an item to your shopping cart, that means once the payment is received it is available for immediate shipment. You can feel confident that if you ordered it, you will recieve it.

What shipping courier do you use?

All orders will be shipped through Canada Post.

$20 flat fee to upgrade to next level of shipping – just select flat fee $20 at shipping

Where do you ship to?

All post offices and addresses within Canada.

For orders to Northern Quebec and Nunavut we recommend shipping Priority with Signature required due to an increased volume of thefts.

How much do you charge for shipping?

A flat rate shipping fee applies below orders of $150. $20 will be charged to cover the cost of Xpresspost shipping.

The flat rate shipping option can be selected at any time on orders above $150 to upgrade shipping.

Ex. 1 – $155 order, add flat rate shipping ($20) at checkout for a total of $175, Upgraded to XpressPost shipping

Ex.2 – $250 order, add flat rate shipping ($20) at checkout for a total of $270, upgraded to Priority shipping.

How is my order packaged?

All individual products (flower, concentrates, edibles) come packaged in food safe & smell proof bags.

All orders are vacuum sealed, and placed in a discrete, unmarked shipping box, sealed shut and sent for delivery.

If you ever have any shipping concerns, please contact us and we will accommodate in any way we can.

When will my order be shipped?

*Note – Etransfer payments may take a few hours to complete.

Orders containing edibles will need up to 24 hours processing as they are baked fresh

Orders & payments received before 3 pm PST will be shipped same day.

Orders & payments received after 3 pm PST will be shipped the next day.

You can expect to receive your tracking code the day your package was shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the Canada Post website.

You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your email address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the Status; Tracking column. If you click on the link, it will take you to the tracking information for your order.

Payment Information

How do I send an E-transfer?

When you complete an order – you will receive our email, a secret question, and a secret answer on the confirmation page as well as the confirmation email.

When you send the E-transfer, make sure the email – secret question – and secret answer match the ones provided to you.

Once your payment is sent and accepted, your order is packed and shipped.

If you run into any problems with E-transfer or perhaps believe you may have entered the wrong information, drop us a message and we will take care of you.

Refunds & Returns

How can I return an item?

Unfortunately due to the state of federal legalization we are unable to accept returns at this time.

If you receive a defective or damaged product / packaging upon delivery, please contact us immediately. If the contents of your package are damaged or an item defective we will replace the item free of charge, issue a refund of the product, or issue a store credit. Photographic proof will be required.

Any issues will be remediated with an in-store credit.
